About the Fund

The Boyd Lyon Memorial Fund was established in December 2006 through the Rancho Santa Fe Soccer Club in memory of Former coach and mentor to many, Boyd Lyon. It will be awarded annually to a deserving college-bound RSF boy and girl who demonstrate Boyd like character traits -including a passion for soccer, passion for learning and a strong work ethic- -provided the money will be used towards higher education each year.
